Sent to the wrong address.

My parcel had the wrong address on it. But my invoice had the write one. Lucky the post people already know us in Tolaga Bay and they picked it up.

HI Tashena. We're stoked you like the wetsuits. Thanks for your support and for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry about the postage mess up. I just looked into it with my staff and I can see how they made the mistake and it is a good learning lesson for them. Once you start writing in your street address to the courier portal the first Gisborne option that pops up is in Ta Hapara, not Tolaga. They obviously selected that, not paying attention to your whole address. So this was a good lesson to consider ALL the details not just the first ones. Thanks again and have an awesome day!
